Kathryn Dennis, former “Southern Charm” star, is in serious legal trouble following her arrest for driving under the influence in South Carolina. The incident occurred Monday night in Goose Creek, SC, after she was involved in a three-car collision. According to documents obtained by TMZ, responding officers reported that Dennis appeared impaired, with glossy eyes and an odor of alcohol.

This is Kathryn’s first DUI offense, though she has had previous legal issues. In November 2023, she was a suspect in an elementary school hit-and-run, though she was never arrested. On Monday, she was also booked to drive with an open container.

Kathryn has struggled with substance abuse in the past, losing custody of her children with ex-Thomas Ravenel in 2016 after testing positive for marijuana and entering rehab. The couple, who share a 29-year age difference, had an on-and-off relationship, welcoming their children, Kensington and Saint, in 2014 and 2015. They split for good in 2016, and Thomas reportedly gained full custody last year.

After eight seasons, Dennis announced her departure from “Southern Charm” in 2023, expressing excitement for her future. She shared plans to return to school in March, but recent events have unfortunately taken a negative turn.
